Superb historical location, safe neighborhood, free Wi-Fi connectivity
Some noise disturbances from the street can be bothersome!!! Limited power outlet availability in the room was frustrating !!! Confusing shower operation detracted from the overall experience!!!

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous and handy so close to all the attractions in Derry, shop's, and all the tourist attractions and restaurants and pubs. Overall it was spotless with good beds. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was delicious.
No negatives from this place!

Warm cute environment from local owners.
I was frustrated by the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which seemed like such an easy addition. At times, the room felt cramped due to limited furniture options. The street noise was annoying, especially at night, disrupting my rest.

A warm welcome awaits you
Joan and Barry. They provided insightful tips on local attractions, and we loved the delicious homemade breakfast each morning.
While everything was good, a coffee/tea-making facility in our room would have been a nice touch for late-night cravings.

The b&b is well located only a few minutes from the city walls and right next to the main attraction of the city. It's a pleasant place to stay with wonderful hosts that give advice on what to see, where to go and restaurant recommendations. Well recommended place to stay.
The only improvement I can think of is to have tea/coffee making facilities available in the rooms rather than the lounge/breakfast area.

We had a cracking stay here! Joan and Barry were pure brilliant, offering us top tips on where to dine and sights to see. The breakfast spread was fantastic with an Ulster fry to die for. Only downside was the bed being a touch too soft for our liking.
